This body of work looks into the life of my grandfather, Kenneth Wallace Thompson. He was a British expatriate, who resided in India during the 1950s. My images consist of double exposure imagery, illustrating the life of a British family living in a place during historical significance. Its purpose is to encourage the importance of photographic albums as a method of preservation. My work has been created solely from my family archive , therefore I wish to celebrate this format of remembrance through my imagery.
