I researched feminist artists who have raised awareness of gender, femininity, and the female gaze, women\u2019s bodies, minds, and impact on society through feminist issues, campaigns and protest.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">I became aware of the iconic red handprint, printed over the mouth of protestors which is a symbol of solidarity for missing and murdered Indigenous women in North America. This demographic is up to 10 times more likely to be murdered or assaulted while also being less likely to be believed or assisted by law enforcement, in comparison with white women in the US.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
